Blood & Sand
3/4 ounces scotch
3/4 ounces sweet vermouth
3/4 ounces Heering cherry liqueur
3/4 ounces orange juice, freshly squeezed
Add the scotch, sweet vermouth, cherry liqueur and orange juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange peel.
Lynchburg Lemonade
1 ounce Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey
1 ounce triple sec
1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce simple syrup
4 ounces lemon-lime soda
Add the Jack Daniel’s, triple sec, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with the lemon-lime soda and stir gently and briefly to combine.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Rusty Nail
1 1/2 oz scotch
3/4 oz Drambuie
Add the scotch and Drambuie into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.

Mint Julep
8 mint leaves
1/4 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces bourbon
In a Julep cup or rocks glass, lightly muddle the mint leaves in the simple syrup. Add the bourbon then pack the glass tightly with crushed ice. Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside. Top with more crushed ice to form an ice dome, and garnish with a mint sprig and a few drops of bitters (optional).

Manhattan
2 ounces bourbon or rye
1 ounce sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
Add the bourbon (or rye), sweet vermouth and both bitters to a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a brandied cherry.

Whisky Sour
2 ounces bourbon
3/4 ounces lemon juice
3/4 ounces simple syrup
Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain cocktail into rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with orange wheel and cherry.

Sazerac
1 sugar cube / 1/2 teaspoon cold water
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1.25 ounces rye whiskey
1.25 ounces cognac
In a mixing glass, muddle the sugar cube, water and the Peychaud’s and Angostura bitters. Add the rye and cognac, fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Twist the lemon peel over rim and garnish

Rob Roy
2 ounces scotch
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: brandied cherry
Add the scotch, sweet vermouth and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with 2 speared brandied cherries.

Old Fashioned
2.5 ounces Bourbon (or Rye Whiskey)
1/2 ounces simple syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 each Lemon and orange twist
Combine first three ingredients in a rocks glass. Stir ingredients. Add ice. Garnish with a lemon and orange twist and enjoy.

1.5 ounces Bourbon
1 ounces Campari
1 ounces Sweet Vermouth
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into chilled rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist and enjoy

Toronto
2 ounces Canadian rye whisky
1/4 ounce Fernet-Branca
1/4 ounce simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Add the rye whiskey, Fernet-Branca, simple syrup and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange twist.

Fanciulli (Franki Primos)
2 ounces bourbon
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
1/4 ounce Fernet-Branca
Stir whiskey, sweet vermouth, and fernet with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist, discard, and garnish with maraschino cherry.

Old Timber
1.5 ounces rye whiskey
1/4 ounce fernet
1/4 ounce triple sec
​Add whiskey, fernet, and triple sec to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until well chilled, about 30 seconds. Add a large ice cube to a rocks glass and strain cocktail into glass. Garnish with orange peel (and cinnamon stick-optional).

Maple Old Fashioned
1.5 ounces bourbon
0.5 ounces maple syrup
3 dashes angostura bitters
3 dashes orange bitters
Muddle maple syrup with bitters in an old fashioned glass. Once incorporated, add a large ice cub and whiskey. Garnish with a cinnamon stick (optional).

1942
2 shots of Tequila
1 shot of dry vermouth
2 dashes of orange bitters
an orange peel for garnish
Add some ice cubes, tequila and dry vermouth into the shaker; shake well; add orange bitters into a chilled martini glass and swirl the bitters around the glass to evenly coat the sides; strain the contents of the shaker into the glass; garnish the drink with an orange peel
